These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-message program operated by Legacy Martial Arts ("we", "our", or "us"). By opting in to text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Legacy Martial Arts offers recurring automated SMS/MMS text messages to individuals who provide their mobile number and affirmatively opt in through our website. Messages are sent from 208-286-3093.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. A single opt-in covers the message types described below.

- Trial and class scheduling
- Class reminders and schedule changes
- Billing or account notices
- General customer care
Promotional messages
Information about programs, events, and special offers. These are included in the same opt-in and are covered by the disclosure shown when you opt in.
Message frequency
Service and customer-care message frequency varies based on your activity and inquiries. Promotional messages are limited to up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details on your plan.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to 208-286-3093. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. Reasonable opt-out requests such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE are also honored, and opting out stops all messages.

This number sends messages but is not staffed for two-way support. For help or questions, please call 208-888-1855 or email proshop@meridianata.com. Texting HELP to 208-286-3093 returns an automated reply with this contact information.
How to resubscribe (START)
If you previously opted out and would like to receive messages again, text START to 208-286-3093 or opt back in through our website.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.
Privacy
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the messaging program, including these terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date on this page.
