Master Heather Neitzell
Master Heather Neitzell is a 6th Degree Black Belt and Master Instructor with decades of martial arts experience. As the founder of Legacy Martial Arts in Meridian, Idaho, she is passionate about using martial arts as a vehicle to build confidence, discipline, and unshakable self-belief in her students.
Heather believes martial arts is more than kicking and punching — it is about developing character, leadership, and resilience. Through high standards, structured training, and positive mentorship, she has helped hundreds of students grow stronger not only physically, but mentally and emotionally.
Her mission is simple:
